DISCLAIMER FOR THE LINC
1. The following regulations apply to THE LINC @ ParkCity Hanoi Shopping Center (hereinafter referred to as “The LINC”)
including but not limited to event spaces, playgrounds, parks, fountain areas, internal roads, walking paths, corridors,
eaves, other utilities and infrastructures in The LINC, interior spaces and interior areas inside The LINC and the exterior
areas and space surrounding or connecting to The LINC.
2. Any organization or individual’s entering, using, visiting, playing, entertaining, shopping in The LINC in whatsoever
manner shall not establish or create any commitment or obligation of the Developer and the Management Board of The
LINC to ensure the safety and security of the life, health and asset of such organization or individual. The Developer and
the Management Board of The LINC shall not be responsible for any loss, damage of life, personal injury, health, mental
health, vehicle, property, means of transportation or other damages of any organization, individual when entering, using,
visiting, playing, entertaining, shopping in The LINC.
3. During the process of entering, using, visting, playing, entertaining, shopping in The LINC, organizations and individuals
must preserve and protect their assets on their own; themselves ensure personal health and safety as well as the safety
of accompanying individuals; and be solely responsible and bear all risks for losses and damage to their health, life, mental
health and assets; bear all responsibility (including responsibility to remedy, responsibility to compensate) for losses and
damages to life, health, mental health, vehicles and other property that they cause to the Developer, the Management
Board of The LINC and other organizations and individuals; and hold the Developer and Management Board of The LINC
indemnified and harmless from any claim, lawsuits and dispute arising out of or in connection with such losses and
damages.
4. Children under the age of 15 and individuals who have lost or limited his/ her civil act capacity (the “Represented Person”) must be accompanied by an adult, representative/ guardian (the “Representative”) when entering, using, visiting,
playing, entertaining, shopping in The LINC. The Representative shall be fully responsible for (a) the safety, the live, the
health, the mental health and assets of the Represented Person, (b) losses and damages caused by the Represented
Person, (c) the Represented Person’s violation of the rules of The LINC.
5. For the comfort and safety of others, please only bring pets / let pets enter into permitted areas as designated by the
Deloper or the Management Board of The LINC. Pet owners and caretakers are responsible for any damage to the life,
health, and safety of their pets and are responsible for the life, health, mental health, property, safety any other injury
caused by their pets; pet owners and caretakers also hold the Developer and Management Board of The LINC indemnified
and harmless from any claims, suits and conflicts arising out of or in connection with such event.
6. In the event that an event (including events organized by the Developer and events not organized by the Developer) is
organized in The LINC (the "Event"), the Developer and the Management Board of The LINC shall not be responsible for
any loss, damage of life, personal injury, health, mental health, vehicle, property, means of transportation of any
organizations and individuals participating, visiting, entering, playing, entertaining, shopping in the Event, entering, using,
visiting, playing, entertaining, shopping in The LINC during the Event.
7. The Developer and the Management Board of The LINC have the right to request visitors, customers, organizations and
individuals to comply with the rules of The LINC and have the right to prevent visitors, customers, organizations and
individuals from entering, being present, using, visiting, playing, entertaining, shopping in The LINC if they violate the
rules of The LINC.
8. Any individuals or organizations entering, presenting, using, visiting, playing, entertaining, shopping in The LINC shall be
deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the above regulations.
